The Spark
Dr. Jay Barnett — a former professional football player turned mental health clinician — spent years supporting NFL players and high-profile individuals behind the scenes. Strength on the outside often covered unprocessed pain on the inside.
2022 – 2024
What started as an invitation for men to sit together, get groomed, and have honest conversations became a men's healing tour: 36 cities and more than 18,000 men reached.
Just Heal Sis
A structured, clinician-informed, culturally grounded experience for women carrying the weight of mothers, professionals, caregivers, and ministry leaders.
2026
The Just Heal Experience convened in Baton Rouge, LA and Dallas, TX — including a dual-track day serving men and women together. People arrived carrying weight and left with language, tools, and hope.
Now
The most common question after every summit was “What happens next?” The Foundation answers it — housing the Experience and launching the Just Heal Community app for ongoing aftercare.
“We do not just host events. We open doors to healing, and we stay with people on the other side of the door.”
Men · 18 to 65
Safe. Unfiltered. No performance.
A summit experience for men that creates a judgment-free space to talk honestly about manhood, pain, and healing.
Digital Aftercare App
The healing doesn't end when the event does.
A digital aftercare platform that brings the Just Heal Bro and Just Heal Sis communities together after every experience.

Registration, a pre-event wellness survey, and preparation so participants arrive ready to engage.
Keynotes, clinician-informed sessions, panels, interactive wellness activations, honest peer conversation, and intentional networking.
A post-event wellness survey, a take-home wellness guide with practical tools, and direct onboarding into the Just Heal Community app.
